How to replace files in Windows Vista
======================================

We are going to do the same thing for
all the files to replace :

1. Right click on the file >
   Properties.

2. Go to Security tab then click on
the Advanced button at the bottom
   of the window.

3. Go to the Owner tab then click on
the Edit button at the bottom of
   the window.

4. Select your user account of Windows
   then clic OK.

5. Confirm by clicking OK then close
the Advanced window by clicking OK.

6. Click now on the Edit button at
   the middle of the window.

7. Select Users in the list then check
   Full control.

8. Click on OK then Yes if a message
   appears.

9. Close the Properties window of the
   file by clicking OK.

10. The file is now unlocked.

Quick summary :
Right click > Properties > Security
tab > Advanced > Owner tab > Edit >
User Account > OK > OK > OK > Edit >
Users > Full control > OK > Yes > OK.

Now, you can rename the file to
replace. You can rename it by putting
a space in its name, by adding .1 or
.whatyouwant after the extention of
the file (.dll or .exe).
